As all the fall styles start to hit the stores I'm trying my hardest to stop adding summer styles to my wardrobe. It's just so hard when I find a super fun floral top for only $14!
I scored this perfect top from SheIn a few week ago and fell in love with this coral color and tulip back. It's been a summer repeat and I'm not ashamed. A unique pop of color is exactly what my wardrobe needed & this was the perfect addition, just in time for me to pack it all away to move in my fall inventory. Ha!
So, when I got this top I did a little unboxing of all my products on my snapchat. I had so many people ask me about SheIn and how the products looked. So I thought I would go ahead an answer some questions y'all asked.
Is the sizing true to size?
Not really. I always size up because everything I've bought in a Small fits so snug and tight (not in a good way). So if you're typically a small, I'd suggest a Medium or even a large if you want things to fit loose. I've learned my lesson in the sizing.
How's the quality?
I have very mixed emotions on some things. This top I'm wearing in this post was just like the pictures online, but the stitching in the back looked kinda cheap, I mean yeah it was only $14 so I'm not really surprised, just a little disappointed. Other thing like this doll baby dress in my previous post (HERE), looked flawless. I would just highly recommend reading reviews before purchasing just because people are really good about telling you how the quality looks on that one product. All in all though, I've only been a little disappointed in the quality of like a total of 3 products I've purchased from there.
Does it take very long to get your product ?
This is one thing I've learned from SheIn. I do not buy something I'll need in the next 2 weeks because processing and shipping takes forever! I'm not trying to bash SheIn because I buy their stuff all the time and will continue to do so, but if you order something I would say to give it about 3-4 weeks before it gets to your doorstep. Sometimes, if you're lucky, it'll get to you in 2 weeks. I'm not a huge stickler on this though because I know I'll get it, it just takes some time. So if I buy anything for my trip to Savannah in September, I'll need to buy it in the next week or two to ensure I get it in time. Like I said, not bashing, just a heads up.
Are the prices fair?
I was first drawn to SheIn for the affordable prices on their trendy pieces. For a college student who has a shopping problem, this was like finding gold at the end of the rainbow. Of course I was very leery at first because I didn't know if I would even get my stuff and if I did, I didn't know what in the world it was going to look like. So I started with ordering just a cardigan and I was really impressed! So the addiction jut spiraled from there. I can literally buy 8 thing for right about $100, depending on what I get. So I think the prices are amazing, especially if you're a college kid, like myself, on a tight college kid budget.
I hope this helped y'all out with any questions about this online clothing store. If you have anymore just feel free to leave a comment below & I'll be sure to answer them for ya!
