October is here and I couldn't be more excited! I'm so ready to grab a pair of fuzzy socks and turn on Halloween Town and just relax. On the other hand I'm ready to throw on a pair of boots and go pumpkin patching. There is just so much to do it the fall that everyday I'm thinking about what fall activity I should do that evening.
Recently Cameron and I headed to a sweet little sunflower field. To tell you the truth, this little excursion did not play out how I planned. I was thinking we'd go prancing out in the field and take some pretty epic candid photos of me in the fields of flowers with the sun casting a perfect glare on the camera. What really happened was that we got there and there were hundreds of thousands of bees just flying around all over the field. So while Cameron happily climbed through the flowers I stood terrified on the outskirts of the field. Instead of these amazing pictures I was planning on having, I got forced smile pictures of me petrified of being so close to that many bees. Although I would probably refuse to go to another sunflower field again, unless it is cold enough to keep the bees away, I would say most people would really enjoy doing something like this for fall.
I wore a patched denim dress (which has become my favorite fall dress) from Forever21. I finished off the look with a pair of brown loafers (similar) from Francesca's and my go-to brown tote. This made the perfect outfit for doing a little sunflower field exploring and ice cream eating in Yellow Springs, OH.
I hope y'all have a great October & be ready for so many fall blog pots. It's the most wonderful time of the year!
