Happy Memorial Day! I hope y'all are enjoying the extended weekend & getting to spend this beautiful day with your families! I want to give a special shout out to all those who have served and who are serving for our country, Thank you for all you do for making America so wonderful & free! I feel like sometimes we get so caught up in politics and just really everything, that we need this day to really just pay respects for all who keep us safe everyday and who risk their live to keep ours free. So again Thank You!
Along with just about everyone else, I'm spending this day outdoors for a cookout with my family. I love holidays because they just bring my family together and with me leaving for GA in 11 months I'm taking full advantage of these holidays. Since I probably wont be driving up to Ohio for all the holidays I'm making sure I make these the most memorable. To fully get into the holiday spirit, I picked up the cutest romper from Everyday Chic Boutique. The best thing about this, I have an outfit for the 4th of July now too! I've always been one to wear anything with patterns on it so I'm totally crushing on this romper. I just did a bit of accessorizing to fully get the patriotic look. So I went with a simple red bandanna for my hair and plain white sneakers. Then to top it off I added my current favorite necklace from the Sugarfix collection at Target.
I've linked everything above that way if you're looking to score some pieces for the 4th, which is about a month away, you can right from here.
Happy Memorial Day everyone! & Thank you again to our troops & veterans!
