It's no secret I'm obsessed with all things fall. Everything from the pumpkin scented candles, to the crisp fall air, to the falling leaves, to the fall styles, excreta excreta. The list of things to love about fall is never ending. Now I'm just at the point were I'm trying to not get way ahead of myself with my fall wardrobe because we're a month away, but that's not working very well. My wardrobe is quickly filling up with all sorts of fall must have patterns and colors. I'm a sucker for plaid button-ups and burgundy colored pieces but this year I have been way over stuffing my closet with all things gingham!
This summer while I was buying palm printed pieces left and right, I was also buying so much gingham. At this point I think 75 % of my wardrobe is gingham. Typically by August I'm ready to pack up all of my summer pieces but a lot of my summer gingham is carrying over to fall and I'm not one bit disappointed.
I ran across this darling tiered Gingham dress from SheIn a few weeks ago and already had a million ways to style it for fall. An over-sized scarf, a pair of booties, a pair of tassel earrings, and a hat completed this picture perfect fall dress. A pair of over- the- knee boots and a burgundy neck tie would also look amazing with this dress for fall. Now if only the leaves would start falling and Starbucks would bring out the pumpkin spice lattes then it would make this fall style look a lot more like fall.
